Hello readers, I am a 23 year old from a village in India called Kohima. I am sure I am not the first to have a site talking about mental health but along with this I have added how the One carries me through everytime I fall into depression.

My only aspiration since childhood was to help others and because of that doctor became my life long dream but I flung the entrance exam and I chose engineering without even putting a thought into it. It still hurts and I still think that to have one’s profession as a doctor is still the best but I can’t turn back time and trust me, the thought of not being able to become a doctor still haunts me to this day. Nevertheless the Lord who is full of love and mercy never gives up. Yes, He has been faithful for as long as I can remember.

During my four years stay in another state within India for my bachelors in engineering taught me more than what I asked for, be it about mental health, independence, patience and learning to live with one another in peace. As I went through depression for the first time in my first year of college and then went on to experience upto this day, I felt too selfish to not share about the wonderful and priceless hope that is in Jesus Christ and how it has been helping me get through it.

I am not sure how often I will be sharing but I hope that through this you will find peace amidst all the problems and chaos around you through Christ. Thanking for sticking till the end.

P.S I don’t want to become the centre of this website. I hope this will help you to get into a deeper relationship with Christ who is waiting for you to come into His arms.
